Travel with bonus points ✨

Want free flights?!!! Or cash towards your travels?!! You can get bonus points when signing up for travel & airline credit cards – these are good for free flights or even $750 in cash back towards travel- you can even use points for car rentals, hotels, etc

Credit card interest rates are high- so if you are looking to charge your whole trip on a credit card you are probably better off looking for a no year interest rate card- but if you want to book your trip slow and pay off the balance each month then a travel and or airline card is the way to go! We pay the balance each week so we never get charged any interest rates- we also start with paying off the flight first, then car rental, the hotels, air bnb etc- we book and pay off slowly- that way we get no interest fees and by the time we leave for our trip most things are paid off – when signing up just do it under one name so you can sign up for another card and get more bonus points later for your partner

Chase Sapphire Card– this is a great card if you travel a lot and use different airlines- there is no foreign transactions fees and it comes with some travel insurance – if you spend $4,000 in the first 3 months you get 60,000 points which is $750 in travel credit- you can cash it out for cash or use it towards flights, car rental, hotels etc -after you spend the 4,000 your points are available in about 2 weeks- we mainly use this card cause you can book with points for any airline or get cash back- we put all our bills on this card every month to acclimate points- but honestly the sign on bonus points are where you really get the points- Joe and I both signed up for this at different times to get the points- and get the referral for extra points- we do have airline credit cards but only use our airline cards when we book through that airline, like United or jet blue etc – if say United is the cheapest flight to Spain we will use our United Card to book it / get double points & perks but use our Chase Sapphire while we are there for the points on food, hotels etc

United Airlines– United airlines card is one of the best airline travel cards- you get priority boarding, free check bag & 2 one time club passes a year to the United club – where you get free food, nice seating and free WiFi – the sign up bonus is 50,000 points when you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months- so thats a few free flights depending on where you are going – we then only use the United Airline card when it’s the cheapest flight to our destination- the use our Chase Sapphire for the entire trip

Please use my referral link to sign up for a card so I can get points for more travel 💜

Jet Blue Credit Card– 40,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 in the first 90 days plus paying off the $95 annual fee- the bonus points change and I think we got it for 60 or 80,000- so sometime you gotta keep checking cause it changes- we got this card for our trip to visit my sister in Costa Rica – so far the points will be good for 3 free flights to Costa Rica round trip from vermont – you get a free check bag & no foreign transaction fee- we will only use this card for the free flights and nothing else- joe will also sign up under his name next year for more free flights- we will also cancel the card and then in 3 years can sign up again for bonus points – every card is different but I believe most are 3 years

For airline credit cards you also have to open a points account to redeem your points when booking a flight or car rental etc – United is mileage plus and jet blue is true blue – but not with the Chase Sapphire – you redeem through the app for Chase sapphire

These are the only cards we have for now but will update as we research and get more cards for future travels – and if you have info you wanna share with me- please do so!
